PARKING
Parking! The bane of modern life!
Especially in L.A.
You cant go anywhere without your car
and then when you get there theres nowhere to put the #@*!! thing.
Take heart! Our situation is not that
bad.
We have lots of street parking directly
on Pico.
In the daytime the meters are 25cents
an hour- probably as good as it gets these days. After 6pm street parking
is free (including loading zones!)
On Saturday evenings of course the neighborhood
is busier so its worth the effort to come a little early and spend your
parking savings on a pre-show drink or two or maybe a meal.
Equally the street is safe with lots
of parking within easy walking distance.
On the side streets there are parking
spaces on each crossstreet
that are for general ( as opposed to
local ) use.
